Product Disclaimer, Usage & Refund Policy

Please read the following information carefully before purchasing or downloading any Keystone product.

PowerPoint Compatibility

This product was designed directly in Microsoft PowerPoint and is supplied as an editable PowerPoint file. Its layouts, text, fonts, colors, shapes, and other editable elements may be customized to suit your preferences, brand guidelines, or presentation requirements.

A licensed and reasonably current desktop version of Microsoft PowerPoint is recommended. Compatibility with PowerPoint Online, mobile applications, third-party presentation software, or older PowerPoint versions is not guaranteed. Certain effects, fonts, formatting, or layouts may display differently across devices, operating systems, and software versions.

Fonts and Colors

Fonts and colors may be changed as desired. If the presentation uses fonts that are not installed on your device, PowerPoint may substitute them automatically, which can affect spacing, alignment, and the appearance of the slides.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, font files and third-party software licenses are not included. Customers are responsible for downloading, purchasing, installing, and licensing any fonts or third-party assets required for their intended use.

Creative Freedom

The template is designed to provide a structured starting point—not to restrict your creativity. You may adapt the colors, typography, layouts, content, and editable design elements to reflect your own brand and objectives.

Design it your way. Once the file has been downloaded, how it is edited, expanded, or applied is entirely up to you. Keystone is not responsible for changes made by the customer or for design, formatting, or functionality issues caused by those changes.

Customer Responsibility

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for confirming that they:

• Have access to Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Possess the basic knowledge needed to open and edit PowerPoint files.
• Are using compatible software and hardware.
• Have reviewed the product description, included features, and file specifications.
• Can install any required fonts.
• Can download, extract, store, and back up digital files.

A lack of familiarity with PowerPoint, difficulty using editing tools, failure to install fonts, or incompatibility with unsupported software does not constitute a defect in the product.

Keystone cannot be held responsible for problems caused by customer devices, operating systems, software settings, unsupported applications, missing fonts, third-party services, file-management errors, or modifications made after download.

Digital Product and Refund Policy

Due to the immediate-access and downloadable nature of digital products, purchases are generally final once the file has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered. Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are therefore not ordinarily available for:

• A change of mind.
• Accidental purchases.
• Lack of PowerPoint knowledge.
• Failure to review the product description.
• Missing software or fonts on the customer’s device.
• Compatibility issues involving unsupported software.
• Dissatisfaction with personal customization choices.
• Failure to achieve a particular business, strategic, or presentation outcome.

This policy does not exclude any refund, cancellation, repair, replacement, or other remedy that must be provided under applicable law. If a file is materially defective, corrupted on delivery, materially different from its description, or not supplied as promised, please contact us with the order information and a clear description of the issue so that we can assess an appropriate remedy.

Support Limitations

Unless a product listing expressly includes customization or technical support, the purchase covers the digital product only. It does not include:

• Presentation customization.
• Content writing or strategic consulting.
• Font installation.
• PowerPoint training.
• Device or software troubleshooting.
• Rebuilding slides modified by the customer.
• Support for third-party presentation applications.

Any assistance offered beyond the listed product scope is discretionary and does not create an ongoing support obligation.

No Guarantee of Results

Keystone templates are organizational and communication tools. They do not constitute legal, financial, operational, or professional advice, and they do not guarantee approval, funding, sales, strategic alignment, successful implementation, or any particular business result.

The customer remains responsible for reviewing the presentation’s content, calculations, recommendations, claims, and suitability before using or distributing it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Keystone will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the purchase, download, customization, inability to use, or use of the product—including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Keystone’s total liability will be limited to the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires a different remedy or prohibits such a limitation.

Acceptance

By completing a purchase or downloading the product, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the product description, compatibility requirements, license terms, refund policy, and this disclaimer.
